Yes, I know, I didn't post last Thursday. I got caught up in life and didn't realise I was out of posts, and was too busy crocheting up a storm to rectify that. I will share what got me so excited though - my best friend gave me a skein of Noro for my birthday, and the colours were so pretty, I kind of got distracted from everything else.

I made myself a pair of fingerless gloves. It's funny, I've made several pairs before, but never any for myself, even though I really need a pair. I should get on that before Winter sets in, because these ones are more decorative/Spring weight. This is another free pattern, though I used a much larger hook than recommended, which really let the pattern spread out and shine.

You can see the detail of the stitch more with mine, and I like that.
