This cute little non-com has the same rank and medals as my brother in the RAAF, for whom this was a late xmas present. He is an officer in the little known RADF (Royal Australian Dragon Force) and stands at attention saluting all superior officers.

Which would appear to be everybody over 3 inches tall, since he has stood in that pose since I made him ;P
